- Go through sellers paperwork
- Price your home for a successful sale
- Sale sign placed in the front of your home
2. Marketing Your House
- Get the small repairs finished
- Get your house ready for showing and pictures
- Photo shoot for the Virtual Tour
- All marketing uploaded to the internet
- Check out the Virtual Tour and send to family & friends
- Open house as needed
Price reduction as needed (before any open house)
- Contract negotiations
- Attorney approved contract
- Home Inspection (by buyer)
- Home Inspection negotiations (if needed)
- Deposit check given to SAWCC for escrow
- Search & Survey on home being updated
- Home appraisal done by the bank
- Any home appraisal issues are resolved
- Mortgage Commitment is received (by the buyer)
- Pack everything up for the big move
- Attorneys give the clear to close
- Final walk through (by the buyer)
- Buyer meets with attorney and house is SOLD!
